Hillary Clinton is spending less money on the Democratic presidential campaign, but Obama is raising two times more than Clinton. Hillary Clinton paid her political consultant, Howard Wolfson, $266,000 for his services last month. Barrack Obama paid his political consultant, Robert Gibbs, $12,000 a month. Clinton raised $13.9 million in January and loaned herself $5 million. She spent $27.7 million in the same month. Obama raised $36 million and spent $29.8 million in January.
