Hillary Clinton announced in a Ohio childcare center Thursday, a plan to help reduce children living in poverty. Her plan will also improve childhood nutrition. Hillary says that many children who grow up in poverty will spend their whole lives in poverty. Clinton says that almost 12.9 million children in the U.S. are living in poverty. She intends to decrease the amount by half over the next 12 years. Clinton's aides say the plan comes with an annual price tag of about 5 billion to 6 billion dollars.
